Kristi’s work has primarily been in the area of strategic internal communications and external constituent marketing and branding. She’s worked with health care organizations across the country, including a 25-plus year relationship with Catholic Health Initiatives, a large national health system based in Denver. She also has extensive experience working with organizations that serve people with disabilities. She served as the Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan from 2013 to 2017. She was also the strategic communications partner for Community Involvement Programs in Minneapolis, a $40 million organization that provides services to adults with mental health and cognitive disabilities.
Most recently, she developed and implemented a marketing, communications and branding strategy for a 4K – 8th grade Catholic elementary school, putting it on a solid path for success during and after the pandemic.
Prior to starting her consulting practice 30 years ago, she led the communications division at Waukesha Memorial Hospital (prior to it becoming part of ProHealth Care), Waukesha, WI, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a large academic medical center in downtown Chicago.
One of Kristi’s strongest attributes is being able to quickly identify needs and opportunities, and the solutions for success. She and her core team have worked together for more than two decades. They are at their best when they’re in the mix – establishing relationships and working alongside their clients over a long period of time.
